The Rev. Dr. Frank G. Reeder is lead pastor at Seaview. A native of Collingdale, PA, Pastor Reeder has served in many ministries throughout New Jersey with American Baptist Churches including a youth pastorate at Berlin Baptist Church and lead pastorates at Calvary Baptist Church of Ocean View and First Baptist Church of Pitman before coming to pastor Seaview Baptist Church in March 2009. He also served our American Baptist Region as President from 2001 to 2003. Our pastor has degrees from Philadelphia College of Bible, and Palmer (Eastern Baptist) Theological Seminary including an earned doctorate in Ministry to Marriage and Family. Kathy Reeder is his life partner. They have a married daughter and three grandchildren who are a source of great joy to them. Pastor Reeder believes strongly in the teaching of the Scriptures that leads to life transformation as one follows Jesus into the world with a message that brings hope to all people. He enjoys hiking, travel (prefers to be where the mountains are ... like Switzerland and Colorado), evenings with good friends, movies, music and thoughtful discussion that explores how to grow in relationships.


Paula Price Dollarhide,
our church organist, joined the staff of Seaview in January of 1999. Paula was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was educated at the University of Oklahoma, where she received the degrees of Bachelor of Music in Organ and Masters of Music Education. Her organ study has been with Mildred Andrews Boggess, Charles Benbow, and Dr. Gerald Frank. She has done post-Masters work at Oklahoma State University in harpsichord and organ, and has been a frequent recitalist. Paula just recently completed a Masters degree in Instructional Technology at Richard Stockton College where she is employed as an Academic Advisor in the Center for Academic Advising.
Prior to coming to Seaview, Paula was Program Director and Music Director for KOSU-FM, a National Public Radio affiliate in Stillwater, OK. She hosted a live classical call-in program "Classics on Demand," created a weekly program "The Best of Broadway" and hosted "Intermission," a program in which she interviewed major personalities in the arts world.


Mrs. Linda Wheatley
director of the Chancel and Bell Choirs has been at Seaview since October 1996. Originally from Pennsauken, New Jersey, Linda holds Bachelors Degrees from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania and The King's College in New York. She was formerly choir director at the East Dover Baptist in Toms River NJ and the First Baptist church in Glens Falls, NY and has been a guest conductor for the Annual Youth Choir Festival in Ocean Grove, NJ. Linda also uses her own voice having sung with the Ocean County College Chorus, the Master Singers of Glens Falls and at the Lake George Opera Festival. In addition to vocal music Linda is an accomplished flute player having played with the Ocean County College Band and the Glens Falls Symphony.


Mrs. Barbara Ann McCauley provides administrative assistance in our church office.
Born in upstate Pennsylvania, she is the oldest of five children born to Janet Williams (resident at the Baptist Home of South Jersey) and the late Rev. Lloyd A. Williams (aka, “Pop Williams”) who served as an American Baptist Pastor.  Now, Barbara is married to Art, a semi-retired American Baptist Pastor presently serving as long term Interim Pastor at Ventnor Community Church. A retired legal secretary she has served her church through many capacities over the years (choir, adult Sunday school teacher, Bible study leader, American Baptist Women’s Ministries -- holding offices in local church, association and state levels, church Board of Missions, Riverview Estates volunteer, to name a few, feels church secretary is a comfortable and natural area of service to her Lord. Barbara is an avid gardener, enjoys many crafts, caring for their four cats, and enjoys visits with their three grown children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Barbara enjoys being helpful to others.
