Children's Ministry
Children have special place in the heart of Jesus. Since we are growing in knowing his heart, they have a special place at Seaview, too. Each Sunday, we call the children to come to the front of the sanctuary for Children's Time. Our pastor shares a lesson that is on
their level and prays for them as they grow towards Jesus.During the worship hour, we invite parents of children 3-4 years of age and to leave them in the able care of our toddler workers down the hall to the left. Parents of younger children or infants are invited to keep their children with them in worship or make themselves comfortable in our “cry room” accessible from Fellowship Hall. The sound from worship is piped into the room and what is happening in the sanctuary is easily visible. Children from 5-11 years of age are welcome at Junior Church after Children’s Time. One of our well trained teachers and a helper will meet with your children in the education building.
Throughout the year, special children's events are offered to demonstrate our love for the children of our community. An Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School and Children's Christmas Programs are a few of the ways we reach out to children.
