Father and Son Breakfast, June 26 at 9:00 AM. All Men and and Boys are invited to a breakfast served by our fantastic cooks, Carol and Normie. Sign up in the fellowship hall or call the church office to reserve your place. Our speaker is Chuck Gargan, pastor and a one time stand out athlete from Ocean City High School.Every Friday morning at 8:00, you will find a group of men gathered at Smitty's on Bay Avenue in Somers Point. They enjoy warm fellowship, good food, a lot of hearty laughter and provoking study of the Scriptures. When you come, go around to the bay side of the building and come in the door close to the water. Them turn right and up the step where you will find them at the first round table.
A Renovare Group has recently begun on Monday evenings. This small congregation of disciples bonds as they practice classical spiritual disciplines and share what they are learning about the Lord and themselves. Each session is anchored in a bilical text that relates to one of six traditions that have been part of the church for many years. Renovare, after it has begun, is a closed group. But new groups will begin whenever there is interest. If you would like to be part of the next group forming, please note that with the church office (609-927-5015).
